OUXI e-bikes are suitable for riders weighing less than 150 kg (330 lbs). Also, when using an e-bike, please ensure that the weight of any additional items you bring does not exceed the limits set by OUXI.

How should I store my batteries?

If you do not ride your electric bike for a long time, please remove the battery and store it in a cool and well-ventilated place. It is recommended to charge the battery regularly and avoid full discharge for a long time, as this will damage the battery.

How long do batteries typically last before they need to be replaced?

OUXI electric bike batteries usually have a service life of about 3 years or more, depending on usage. When the battery range is reduced to half of the original range or no longer meets your riding needs, it is recommended to replace the battery.

Does the bike come with tools to install it?

Yes, each of our products (including bikes) comes with installation tools, chargers, batteries and user guides.

How soon can I receive my bike?

We use FedEx and our warehouse is located in California. Normally, it takes 2-7 days for customers to receive the electric bike. Of course, if you are in California or nearby, you can receive the electric bike faster.

What should I do if an electric bicycle has problems during the warranty period?

If your e-bike has a problem during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us support you more efficiently, please describe the problem in detail and provide relevant photos or videos, which will help us accurately determine and solve the problem quickly.
